Music and Art in Madrid

I look for juxtapositions of the unlikely and the unexpected. Art is made from such meetings and collisions of ideas, images, interests, etc. Friends are made. Cultures are pollinated. During his spring break my son Nate traveled to Spain with his band. He plays jazz trumpet. The band played this Count Basie piece in several different venues, to warm appreciation.
